A Sister’s Story

My master’s project, A Sister’s Story, It’s a short documentary about a local Syracuse woman, Andrea Cifonelli, who lost her younger brother, Danny, to an accidental overdose. 

The film touches on topics such as substance use disorder, loss, and grief. But above all else, this project serves as a platform for Andrea to share her experiences growing up with Danny, witnessing his struggles with addiction, and learning to live with her grief after he passed.
